Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the Blend Line TV streaming service, including all features and functionalities, website, and user interfaces, as well as all content and software associated with the service. By using, visiting, or browsing the Blend Line TV service, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and the associated Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Blend Line TV service.
Blend Line TV reserves the right to, from time to time, with or without notice to you, change these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and/or the content of our streaming service. The most current version of these Terms will supersede all previous versions. Your continued use of the Blend Line TV service after any changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
Your submission of personal information through the platform is governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices. Blend Line TV is committed to complying with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) as set out in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
By using the Blend Line TV service, you consent to receiving electronic communications from us relating to your account. This includes sending emails to the email address provided during registration. You agree that any notices, agreements, disclosures, or other communications that we send to you electronically will satisfy any legal communication requirements.
Billing Cycle: The subscription fee for the Blend Line TV service will be charged on a periodic basis (e.g., monthly or annual) to your Payment Method on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of your paid membership.
Payment Methods: You can edit your Payment Method information by visiting your Account page. If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not edit your Payment Method information or cancel your account, you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts.
Pricing and GST: Prices are subject to change. All prices and charges, unless expressly stated otherwise, are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax), in accordance with Australian taxation laws.
Cancellation: You may cancel your Blend Line TV membership at any time, and you will continue to have access to the Blend Line TV service through the end of your billing period.
It is the responsibility of the subscriber to manage their own membership.
License: Blend Line TV grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Blend Line TV content and view content through the service on a streaming-only basis for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Copyright and Intellectual Property: The Blend Line TV service, including all content provided on the Blend Line TV service, is protected by Australian and international copyright and intellectual property laws. Content displayed on the service is for your personal use only and may not be downloaded, copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any other purposes without the prior written consent of Blend Line TV or the respective rights holders.
Unauthorised Use: You agree not to circumvent, remove, alter, deactivate, degrade or thwart any of the content protections in the Blend Line TV service. You agree not to use the service for any public performance or unlawful or unauthorised purpose.
You must be 18 years of age or the age of majority in your state or territory to become a member of the Blend Line TV service.
You agree not to upload, post, email, or otherwise send or transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware.
Service Availability: The Blend Line TV service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Australian Consumer Law (ACL): Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the ACL in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Where a supply is not of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic, or household use or consumption, our liability for a breach of a non-excludable condition or warranty is limited to, at our option, replacing or repairing the goods or supplying equivalent goods or services, or paying the cost of replacing or repairing the goods or supplying equivalent goods or services.
Limitation: To the extent permitted by law, in no event shall Blend Line TV or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the service.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
